Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between this and therapy?

Therapy processes the past—healing trauma, understanding how you got here. This work is forward-oriented—rescripting the foundational beliefs and assumptions that limit what's possible going forward.

Structurally, psychotherapy is traditionally unstructured. This work sits in the middle—more structured than therapy, but the questions I ask will be very precision-oriented towards establishing a clear sense of your inner landscape.

If you need trauma processing, I'll refer you to appropriate psychotherapist services.

What's the difference between this and traditional coaching?

Traditional coaching is very structured—performance, goals, productivity. This work sits between coaching and therapy: structured enough to be systematic, open enough to explore your unconscious terrain.

Through an ethnographic lens (how people make meaning) and psychotherapeutic skills (hearing both unconscious and conscious layers), we rescript the operating system itself through identity transformation.

How do I know which programme is right for me?

You don't need to know. The Scope Session (£111) determines fit and recommends the right pathway. Book it, and we'll figure out the rest together.

What are your credentials?

PhD in Ethnography (the study of how people make meaning) | Clinical Psychodynamic Psychotherapist | Over a decade of private practice in therapy and coaching (UK) | Advanced mindset work | Study with Dr. Joe Dispenza | Extensive breathwork trainings | Founded and scaled business across Asia Pacific

Most importantly: I've started over and built from scratch—designed a life and version of self that aligns with it—multiple times on multiple continents. I've lived the transformation I teach.

Who have you worked with?

High-achieving professionals (primarily women, equally effective for men), executives at inflection points, founders outgrowing their current role, and individuals who've done inner work but need application support.

Common thread: they know something needs to change, they're ready to do the work, and they want systematic transformation—not surface fixes.

Do you work with specific situations (divorce, separation, relocation, career change, etc.)?

Yes. Divorce, separation, relocation, career change, major life transitions, feeling stuck despite achievement, outgrowing current circumstances, time pressure preventing self-development.

I can work with addiction, but these programmes are more suitable when you're relatively stable without strong addiction cycles. For severe mental health conditions requiring immediate clinical intervention, I'll refer you to appropriate services.

Is there an age requirement?

18 and over. This work is helpful at any life stage. Readiness matters more than age.

What happens after I book a Scope Session?

You'll receive confirmation with session details and a Zoom link. In the 50-minute session, we scope your internal glitches and external challenges, gain clear vision of the changes you seek, and determine which pathway is most suitable.

Scope Sessions: December 9, 2025 – January 9, 2026. Programmes begin January 12, 2026. All sessions conducted via Zoom.

What's expected of me between sessions?

I don't assign homework, but may ask you to do something specific before we next meet (never compulsory). For example, on the Scheduling Programme, I'll ask you to track your days for one week—practical work that makes transformation concrete.

The more engaged you are with the process, the deeper the transformation.

What about time zones?

I'm bilocational and very experienced working across global time zones. All sessions via Zoom, scheduled flexibly to accommodate your location.

If you're unsure about timing, just ask.
